Luxyuu offers customers garments, accessories and footwear with great discounts up to 85%. Top level brands such as Fay, Ballantyne, See By Chloé, Calvin Klein Collection, Converse, Adidas, Dolce & Gabbana, Pirelli Pzero, Just Cavalli, Valentino, Versace Collection, are sold at a special price.

Under my direction Luxyuu.com increased its sales of about ten times. The website could count on a
limitless catalogue of garments and accessories but it hadn’t any desirable user experience or appeal to the modern customer. After a long UX architecture design phase I started planning for the 2 years ahead in collaboration with the IT partner WebDev.it.

Starting with March 2011 I redesigned the entire website, directing photo shoots and building a
business structure based on high-quality visual products and specific marketing tools. As a web strategist and design manager for a 5 people team, I managed the weekly marketing campaigns and started new affiliation programs, improving not only the B2C but also for the B2B side of the business. Custom landing pages and very targeted AdSense  campaigns, in addition to continuous SEO and SMO, brought Luxyuu.com to be the fastest growing online fashion outlet in Italy in 2012. 

Every part of the business was redesigned in their look and workflow to assure high customer satisfaction. The company is still using the same strategies and most of the visual standards I implemented but unfortunately the brand moved to a B2B business under a different name in 2015.

LUXYUU.com was a successful case in the Italian scenario of proto fashion outlets online. Through a specific feedback loop closed around UX design and marketing statistics we were able to design the most effective landing pages, menu items and user flows to better fit user needs to browse fast and buy with two clicks.

A B2B backend was also implemented for retailers to check the status of the order fulfillment facility and receive real time discounts on the goods currently in stock.

Clients and orders were immediately available in order to plan retargeting strategies and affiliation programs, manage marketing campaigns via email and extract data for further interpretations.
